How it works
From sign-up to scannable
in about ten minutes.
You self-assert your dog's training, exactly as the ADA allows. No doctor's note, no test, no waiting room. Your digital ID and live verification profile are active the moment you check out. A printed card follows by tracked mail if you want one.

What you'll actually do.
Create your account and pick a plan
Start with an email and password, or sign up with Google in one tap. Choose how you want to register: $39 one-time for the full digital toolkit, $69 to add a printed PVC card, or $4.99 a month if you'd rather try it first. You only pay once you've chosen, and one-time plans never renew.
- No doctor's letter or "certification" required. The ADA lets you self-certify your dog's training.
- Secure checkout by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Tell us about your dog
On a short form you add your dog's name, breed, and the work or task it's trained to perform, plus your handler name and a photo. That's all the ADA permits a business to ask about, so that's all we put on your profile. Nothing about your disability or medical history is requested, stored, or shown.
- Takes about five minutes. You can edit any detail later from your dashboard.
- Have more than one task-trained dog? Add additional profiles from your account.
Get your ID and start showing it
Your digital ID and live verification profile go live the instant checkout completes. Save the digital card to your phone's home screen and you're ready at the door today. If you chose a printed card, it's produced at our own facility and arrives by tracked mail, typically within 7-10 business days, US-wide.
- Your unique registration number and public QR/NFC profile are issued automatically.
- One-time registrations never expire. Monthly Flex stays active while subscribed.
At the door
What happens when someone checks the card.
The whole point is to end the conversation in seconds, calmly, without you having to explain your disability to a stranger.
They scan or tap
A store manager, driver, or hotel clerk points their phone at the QR code, or taps the NFC card. No app needed.
A live page opens
Your dog's name, photo, registration number, and current status appear on a real-time verification page, with a live server timestamp.
It expires in 60 seconds
Each scan creates a fresh signed link that dies in a minute, so a saved screenshot can never re-verify your dog. Verification stays yours to control.
Under the ADA, a business may ask only two questions: is the dog required because of a disability, and what task is it trained to perform. Your card answers both before they're even asked.

Registration is voluntary. There is no official US service dog registry, and the card does not grant your dog access rights. The ADA gives those rights to any team whose dog is trained to perform tasks related to a disability, registered or not. Your dog's training is the proof; the card just helps the conversation move faster. We are not affiliated with the ADA, the Department of Justice, or any government agency, and we say so on every page.
