1. About ADA Service Dog

ADA Service Dog is operated by NS Design ID Cards, 9 Coolnagarde Avenue, Omagh, BT78 1GA, United Kingdom. We are a UK-based company providing this service to customers in the United States.

ADA Service Dog is a registration and profile platform. We provide registered handlers with a unique registration number, a verifiable public profile, and a physical NFC ID card. We are not a legal body, government agency, or medical provider. Registration with ADA Service Dog does not confer any statutory rights.

2. Eligibility

• You must be aged 18 or over to register. If registering a handler under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration and accept these terms on their behalf.
• You must be the genuine handler of the Service Dog being registered.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information. Registering an animal that does not genuinely work as a task-trained service dog constitutes misuse of the platform.
• By registering, you confirm you have not previously been refused registration, or if previously refused, you have disclosed this to us.

3. What ADA Service Dog Provides

Subject to payment of the applicable subscription or one-time fee, ADA Service Dog provides:

• A unique Service Dog registration number and verifiable public profile accessible by QR code or NFC tap
• Physical NFC ID cards (handler and/or animal, depending on plan chosen)
• Optional physical accessories (lanyards, card holders) as included in or added to the selected plan
• Access to your handler dashboard to manage your registration, update photos, and add animals
• Email support via info@adaservicedog.com

4. Plans, Pricing and Payment

4a. Plans

ADA Service Dog offers the following plans:

Additional accessories (extra cards, dog tags, vests) may be added at checkout. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

4b. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Card details are never stored by ADA Service Dog. The Monthly Flex plan is billed on a recurring basis until canceled. One-time plans (Digital Registration, Registration + Card, Lifetime + Physical Kit) are a single charge with no renewal.

4c. Physical Items

Where a plan or add-on includes physical items, these are produced after checkout and dispatched by tracked mail; payment is collected upfront. Digital access is activated immediately at checkout. There is no free trial period.

4d. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice by email. Price changes take effect at the next billing renewal. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.

5. Physical Product Delivery

• Physical NFC ID cards and accessories are dispatched to the address provided at registration
• Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days within the United States. International delivery times vary
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be held liable for items lost or delayed due to an incorrect address
• If an item is damaged or lost in transit, contact us at info@adaservicedog.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6a. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to your profile remains active until the period ends. No partial-period refunds are issued for subscription plans.

6b. Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Once the NFC cards have been dispatched, the plan is non-refundable except where required by law.

6c. Right to Cancel Before Production

Because physical NFC cards are personalized and produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel before production has begun, contact us immediately at info@adaservicedog.com and we will issue a full refund. As we are a UK-based company, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provide a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales, but that right does not apply to personalized goods once production has begun (Regulation 28(1)(b)). Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your US state.

All refunds are issued in US dollars (USD) to your original payment method.

6d. Effect of Cancellation

When your subscription ends or is canceled:

• Your public Service Dog profile is suspended and your registration status changes to "Expired"
• NFC card chip data is deactivated, the card will no longer display a valid profile when tapped
• QR codes will redirect to a "registration expired" notice
• Physical cards already dispatched are not returned or recalled

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Register an animal that does not genuinely work as a task-trained service dog for you
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration
• Attempt to impersonate another handler or register on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
• Use ADA Service Dog to fraudulently claim rights or access (e.g. falsely presenting a suspended or expired card as active)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download data from this platform
• Upload photos of people or animals that you do not have the right to use
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law, including US federal or state law

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any registration found to be in breach of these terms, without refund.

8. Your Public Profile

When you register, a public verification profile is created and accessible to anyone who scans your QR code or taps your NFC card. By registering, you consent to the display of the following on your public profile:

• Animal name, species and Service Dog category
• Your first name only
• Handler and animal photographs
• Registration status (Active / Expired / Suspended)

Full details of what is and is not publicly visible are set out in our Privacy Policy. All profile pages carry a noindex, nofollow directive, your profile cannot be indexed by search engines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, design, copy, card artwork, and software, is owned by or licensed to NS Design ID Cards and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of this website without prior written permission.

By uploading photographs during registration, you grant ADA Service Dog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display those photographs for the sole purpose of providing the service (your ID card and public profile). We will not use your photographs for marketing without your separate explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ADA Service Dog is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities
• We are not liable for any refusal of access, accommodation, or services by any third party (airline, landlord, employer, etc.) whether or not an ADA Service Dog registration is presented
• Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to ADA Service Dog in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep ADA Service Dog available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for any loss caused by unavailability of the service during planned or unplanned downtime.

12. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at info@adaservicedog.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

13. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your registration immediately and without notice if:

• We have reason to believe your registration involves misrepresentation or fraud
• You breach any provision of these terms
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Continued access would place us, other users, or the public at risk

In cases of termination for breach, no refund will be issued. In exceptional circumstances where termination is not your fault, we will consider a pro-rata refund on a case-by-case basis.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, as we are a UK-based company. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the United States, this does not take away any protections you have under the non-waivable consumer protection laws of your state, and where applicable law allows, you may bring claims in your local courts.
